I’m Violetta — founder of the Mom Pooch Solution, and a mom on a mission to help women feel strong, confident, and connected in their postpartum bodies again. My journey started in 2012 after my first baby, when I faced the reality so many moms experience — a body that felt foreign, a belly that wouldn’t flatten, and no clear path forward. I was determined to change that. I became a personal trainer in 2015 and competed in fitness bikini competitions starting in 2014, eventually winning 1st place and overall in Colorado in 2021. But after becoming a mom again, I realized: fitness after baby isn’t just about working out — it’s about healing from the inside out. Through my own recovery from diastasis recti, low energy, and the infamous mom pooch, I combined science-backed training with real mom-life strategies to create programs that actually work.
